Unable to import Minimalist them demo

Purchased a premium theme, have been trying to import for two weeks now. Open two support tickets with ipage. Received this last:

I am able to replicate the issue. I have checked the theme server requirements at http://beastbuck.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=hb-system-diagnostics and could find that it requires max_execution_time to be at least 400 seconds and max_input_time to be at least 300 seconds. However, we support maximum value 120 seconds for max_execution_time and max_input_time on our shared hosting platform. Due to the theme compatibility issue with our server you are unable to import the Highend Minimalistic theme. I suggest you to contact the theme vendor for a alternate fix or you can use an alternate theme.

What I am doing wrong? What should I do?
