Unable to Edit w/Visual Composer

Hello,

I have used the sticky’d process to update to version 4.5.1 of visual composer, however now I am unable to edit certain content items from the backend editor. I can click the edit toggle, but the box shows up condensed, with no input forms. Also, I am unable to edit the amount of divisions in a row (ie: 1/3 + 2/3) as the input option does not display. What can I do to resolve this? I attached a screenshot showing what happens when I select to edit a “Custom Heading” content.
