Unable to Download Demo Theme in "One Click"

Hello,

I purchased Highend, because I liked the demo templates and it seemed like a user-friendly theme. Since it said I could import it in one click I was sold. As the site said, I didn’t have time to make a site from scratch so I was relying on this theme to help me out.

Unfortunately, it’s been a struggle to import the demo template. I’ve been trying for almost a week now and I still don’t have my template downloaded. Please help!
