Unable to Change Header Font Size

In the Highend options, I am able to successfully change the font size of the body, navigation font, etc., but the main header size doesn’t change when I change the size in font settings. Specifically, the “Heading 1 Font Settings” “Heading 1 Font Size” scroll bar has no effect. I can successfully change the font and letter spacing, but the size of the header will not change (visibly) from the apparent default setting, regardless of what the font size is set to. A font size of 80 appears exactly the same as a font size of 8.
