Unable to Activate Visual Composer

I am normally presented with the following WordPress prompt: Hola! Would you like to receive automatic updates and unlock premium support? Please activate your copy of Visual Composer.

1. I click the button (Activate Visual Composer)
2. A Envato page is presented prompting me to approve or deny (WPBakery Support Portal)
access to my Envato account.
3. I click (Approve).
4. Instead of receiving the Visual Composer license, I am presented with the message: (Server Error, could not save user locally)

Any assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated!
