Trouble importing Aegaeus demo

I am having difficulty importing the Aegaeus demo. I do not have an import option in the Settings on the left.

Also, when I try to create a new portfolio page, I get this message:

Something went wrong with an API call (send_log action): Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?)

Any idea how to fix that?
