Transparent Home page

Hello! I’m trying to see if I can get my homepage footer, content area, and header transparent so that my background can be seen as a centerpiece for my site.

I’ve looked through the forms and I do see it’s possible to get transparency for all the pages, but I’m only looking to do the homepage. It’d be even better if I can try getting only a slight transparency so that I don’t have to redo the font colors on the homepage. Is there a code I could use for this exact problem?
