The fields for tracking codes, custom script, and custom CSS are missing. I was looking to add custom CSS, and found the fields where I would type the code are not visible. I haven’t tried typing in custom code since updating WordPress 4.0, so I’m unsure if it was related to that. So far I have tried Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. I also tried a different computer, but all yield the same result. I attached a screenshot from the Highend General Settings page. Please advise of any possible causes. Thank you!
Additionally, my Highend version is 1.6.1
