Top header, header and first element

Hello,

I have been searching the forum here for an answer, but I can’t seem to find what I’m looking for in open topics. There are partial answers to what I’m trying to do, so I’m just not sure if what I’m trying to do is possible. So here it is:

1. Is it possible to keep the Top Header visible while using the sticky header after scroll?

2. I found other topics to show how to make the sticky header transparent or with an opacity setting, but without using the Special Header Style, how can I bring the first element of the main content (a parallax image) to come up under the header to sit right under the Top Header, and then also add an opacity background to the header?

3. Aside from the above, *if* using the Special Header Style, how can I add an opacity background to the header before scroll? All the examples I found on here only seem to affect the sticky header.
