Top Header Call Feature

Two things:
1.I found a post (comment #46451) where you helped them get the top header phone number to work as a link to call, i tried the css that was in that post, but it didn’t work for me, could you help me out to get that feature included for my site?

2. Is there a way to get contact2 demo page loaded easily, I want to switch from contact1, but I never installed the original demo(didn’t realize I should have until I was too far into project), so i can’t get the contact2 page to work.
