Tie Home Page Template to Root Domain

    I am trying to understand how to link a home page template i.e. http://www.myconciergedesk.co/home/ should live off the root domain, not in an actual folder. Also how do I resolve the Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias home-default-slider not found error?
