Theme Plugin Update – You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page

    When trying to access the page ( http://www.bostoncommonband.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=install-required-plugins) for the HighEnd ‘specific’ plugins that are packaged with the theme, I am presented with the following error:

    “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

    Being unable to update these packaged plugins, makes my site unusable when upgrading to 3.1. I have since restored to a backup of Highend 2.49 to keep my site ‘online’.

    Please advise. Thank You.
