Theme Options breaking my site info box code

Hello,

Whenever I edit my theme (or possibly anything in wordpress), the Theme Options > Header > Site Info form breaks my code. I can send the HTML I’m using in a private message, but overall, it looks okay when I first copy/paste it… and the page loads fine… but then once I edit something, it gets cutoff on the settings page and my homepage sliders acts funny (my images are shown distorted, sometimes the slide text overlaps previous slides, etc).

I’ll attach a screenshot of the site info box after it breaks the code. It might be because we’re using an “onclick” for google adwords in our link, but it’s necessary that we use it.
