theme installation problems

Hi
I have purchased the highend theme and have tried several times to install it and each time I get a fatal error message. I have spoken with Branko previously who asked for my login details via email and said he would install it for me and I have heard nothing back nor has anyone logged into my wordpress to access it? Please can ypu get back to me and please can you help as its driving me insane – I purchased this a while ago and have had several failed attempts and just want to get it up and running. Thank you
