Error: Missing style.css Stylesheet During Theme Installation

If you encounter the following error message when attempting to upload your theme to WordPress:

Unpacking the package… 
Installing the theme… 
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. 
Theme installation failed.

This typically indicates that you are uploading the incorrect .zip file for theme installation.

To address this, make sure you download the “Main File” from MOJO Marketplace/hosting company for your theme.

Then, log into your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to Appearance » Themes. Click on the ‘Upload’ button to upload the correctly downloaded .zip file.

After uploading, click the ‘Install’ button and after the installation has completed click on the “Activate” button to activate the theme and complete the installation process.
