Theme has completely messed all formatting up!

Hi, Went on my website today and my entire site has gotten messed up. Not sure if its a WP or Highend update. ON the homepage liquidmotion.org – everything below the header rev slider is messed up. Boxes are out of alignment. Films have gone from thumbnails to massive. On the ABOUT page, images have completely changed size.. Pls advise urgently what happened and how to prevent this happening again! I will have bluehost revert to earlier save, so hopefully this may be fixed by the time you answer, but i will lose all new work that i did.
