    Hello,

I recently received a number of emails from my hosting provider saying this: “Your DreamHost VPS has just exceeded the memory allocation that you’ve established. If left unchecked that behavior could begin to negatively impact the VPS services of every other customer on your server.” When I got on the chat with DreamHost support, this is what they told me:

Me: Is there anyway we can periodically reduce the memory the theme is using without the server needing to reboot? Are there any good practices that you can recommend…will that phprc file aid with that?
    Support: Nope
Support: That’s controlled by the theme developer
Support: They set up the theme and how it is run and how much memory it needs
Support: You can switch out to a different theme or contact the theme developer to check how much php memory they recommend.

We are still not 100% sure if the HighEnd theme is the root cause of the php memory being exceeded. Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated as soon as possible as our VPS now reboots on a daily basis and causes downtime to our site. Thanks in advance.
