Theme documentation: default image sizes

Hello,

I have checked all your documentation and faq and I couldn’t find what are recommended image sizes. On forum, you said that from 2.0 you use default woocommerce image sizes, but I couldn’t find what those are? There are lot of similar questions out there so you could point that out in your theme documentation.

If not, what are recommended sizes for full width? And what are if we have sidebar enabled?
