Theme Dashboard Plugin Notification

Hello,

I wanted to ask if you know how I can remove a plugin notification. I did a test on my site by creating a few user profiles to see how smooth things went. There is a concern I have because every time I sign in as a subscriber there is a notification about Contact Form 7 that does not go away. I am thinking it is something to do with the theme generating the notification in the user dashboard? Can you help remove the notification? Maybe some custom CSS would remove it? I have attached a printscreen of the notification that appears every time a user signs in to the site.
