Theme Customization

Hello,

just purchased Highend Theme some weeks ago and now I´m willing to start customizing it to look like my live site which is running yet.

I thought about setting up theme in a sandbox mode on a “not-live” subdomain but I don´t know how to transfer customized theme to my live-site after making all neccessary changes.

I suppose Highend is writing settings into a dtabase table isn´t it?

Can you please give me some idea doing customization the best way for leavin my site live and without setting it to some maintenance mode or so…
