The simple "Text Box" element is not working correctly.

I have added a “Text Box” element to: simultaneouslanguageinterpretation.com/past-clients and the Text Box does not seem to work.

I add a row, add the “Text Box” element, then click on the little “pencil” icon to edit the element.

A box comes up which looks, somewhat, like a WYSIWYG editor but there is no text visible. Nor are there any options for BOLD, Italic, Underline,…

Please see attached screenshot for an example.

Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong?
