Text not showing on mobile devices

I have been having some issues on my website where text I add is showing up on laptop computer but not mobile devices. I spent 2 hours on the phone today with my hosting site and they could only suggest clicking something that makes sure that the site looks right on mobile which changed nothing. Then I thought to see if WPBaker needed updating. It said that my license needed to be purchased. The license was always a package with my Highend site. The only way to reach WPBaker is to pay for their support. This has not been an issue for the three years I’ve had this site. Any ideas why this license now needs to be an add-on or even if that is likely what would be causing the mobile device issue?
