Text & Buttons Too Large

.hb-button, input[type=submit], a.read-more {
font-size: 13px !important;
line-height: 23px !important;
}

Unfortunately that still did not work.

If you look at the optin box in the footer of my homepage (http://www.locallinko.com) you will see that the text and button is too large.

Also if you take a look at my contact page (http://www.locallinko.com/contact/) you’ll see that the text is too large there too.
