Testimonial Pagination On Mobile

Hello, On Desktop, the testimonial slider looks very nice.

On Mobile, If I scroll to the testimonials, the slideshow stops & There is no arrows, nor pagination to show users there is more than one review. Is there a way I can enable this? Or atleast make the slideshow continue even on click? I Know if you swipe right or left it goes to the next testimonial, but It is not obvious that this should be done.
