Teaser box text area formatting- bullets list

Hi,

Please see this URL http://elsiedata.org. The Bulleted list is not showing the indent as it is supposed to. If I try this code on the text area it works but on the teaser box text area it is not working

margin-left: 20px;
list-style: disc;
}
