Team Member Hover Links

I am creating my team members page using the team members box short code. Whenever I hover over any of the pictures, it becomes more opaque and displays the social icons for that team member. I want to get rid of the social icons (on this page) and instead have the pictures themselves be clickable links to that team member’s full page. If this is doable, then I would also like to remove the “view profile” links from under each picture as they will no longer be necessary.
