Team Member Box Image Size

Hello. I have two rows of Team Member Boxes on a page, both with four members. I need to add the big boss on his own line on his own line on top of the other two. When I add a line for him, his picture completely dwarfs the members on the other lines. How can I change the size of his picture to match the other members that are on the line of four?
