Team Member Box h4 formatting not working

Hello
Using the Highend shortcode generator I’ve inserted a “team member box”. However my global text formatting preferences are not working for this insert. I’ve checked team-member-box.php and the part relating to formatting of the team member name appears to be:
<h4 class=”team-member-name”>“><?php the_title(); ?></h4>
My h4 in highend settings (and used elsewhere successfully on the site) is not the same font as that being displayed in my team member insert.
I need to send the site live on Sunday night (24 hrs away) – I’ll fudge a fix if necessary, but it would be good to know if there’s something I can easily do to fix this globally.
