    I’m not a full-time developer, but I’ve done some moderate homework about SEO. Using Highend and loving it. But, I need to know EXACTLY where and how I can insert my header tags, meta tags, and keywords – using the standard Highend GUI. I don’t want to mess with HTML coding if possible. Please help point me to online info or any other tips. I’m stuck. Domain is icandefend.com . Thanks very much.
