Support Site Broken

Whenever I try to use your support site using Google Chrome or IE I can login successfully. But when I attempt to go into one of my existing support threads I am told that I need to login in order to view the thread. But I am already logged in. If I try to log in again I can but I am still unable to get into my support threads. Help but please send me an email since I cannot get into the threads to see the responses.
