Subscribers to blog posts not receiving emails

Hello,

#1. On my website, I have a place where people can read my blogs and then submit their email addresses to receive the weekly blog posts. Up until two weeks ago, the people who had signed up for the blog posts were receiving them in their email inboxes. Now, they are no longer receiving them. I’ve spoken to Bluehost Tech Support who were unable to help me fix this issue, so they directed me to you for assistance.

#2. Can you please let me know how to replace an image on my various pages of my website? I’ve watched the various how to insructions and read online how to do this, but the screens which appear in the tutorials do not match the screens on either the front end or the back end of my highend theme. If you could email me the steps of how to do this, I would greatly appreciate it.
