Submission Form MAJOR Error!

we’ve come to discover that we are not receiving any submitted events. people are signing up and they submit and we never get a notification, they do not populate our events list on the backend and are no where to be found in the mysql. we’ve run across this issue before but thought it straightened itself out, but we have now confirmed that that is not the case.

when i switch back to the twenty twenty theme, the submissions are coming through so it is clear to be a theme conflict (a major one at that).

please get back to me ASAP so we can figure this out and I don’t need to move forward with a different theme.
