Stuck in maintenance mode, coming from hb theme file

Recently my site became stuck in maintenance mode and I cannot get out of it. I tried renaming the file(located in wp-content/highend) but it seems it is required. Next i restored the database to see if it was involved and it works yet the restore is so far back i lose pretty much everything, any help would be appreciated.
