Struggling with the Basics

I am still struggling with the Basics of this theme. My biggest annoyance now is that even though I have paid for this theme and paid for it to be installed onto my hosting site (Bluehost) I still have this ULTIMATE WORDPRESS THEME WITH POWERFUL PAGE BUILDER showing up in my header, and another EXPERIENCE SOMETHING DIFFERENT .. BUY TODAY! just above the footer. How do I get rid of these??? Also I do NOT want the name of the page appearing at the very top of each page, how do I get rid of this. Still frustrated but hopefully getting there. – Beth
