Stop Map Scrolling

I am sure I am not the first, or the last to have this problem.

I have a full-width map on my page and when I ‘Scroll’ over it, it hook’s to my mouse and zooms-in and zooms-out. ( SO ANNOYING ) most annoying on mobile devices!

I am looking for some sort of fix like [scrollwheel: false,] and where to put it.
1) I am hoping to figure it out on the default full width maps that came with the theme.

AND

2) Figure it out on the map provided with Plug-In [Store Locator Plus] but, with that one I might need to purchase the full version of the Plug-In.
