Still not saving changes

I contacted BlueHost support and made the changes as suggested in the pinned forum above, but still cannot make any changes. It just reverts back to default.

Here is what Bluehost had to say:

“Everything on the hosting side is fine: php.ini memory limit set to 128MB and the code has been added to the wp-config.php in that article you showed me as well.”
