Still not saving changes..

I have increased the memory limit within the PHP code on my bluehost account and I have tried deactivating the caching plugins. I still cannot save the changes that I am looking to change. All I am trying to change is the timing on a slider so I save the slider after making the changes and go to the page to save it so it will refresh it to the updated layer slider. Now even when I take the slider out of the featured area and save it, it still shows up on the page. Thanks for the help!
