Static Portfolio Categories?

Is there a way to make it so that the portfolio categories always show up in a certain order?
This is what im referring to

The cateogry tabs shuffle if you refresh the page / each time you go to the page i just want them to be a set way for example..

All / Graphic Design / Illustration / Logo design / Web design… ect
