Static Page Doesn’t Link on Highend WP Theme

Hi,

I am having a little issue with my blog. I’ve been trying to set-up a static page, selecting it as the static page but somehow it links to the posts page. Any other page I’m choosing as a static page works besides the new one I just created and want. I’m not quite sure what type of complementary information you need but any help to solve this matter would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance, Nathalie
