State dropdown Issue

I have a samsung phone, and I just tested putting an order through the website. For some reason it doesnt allow me to select a state from the dropdown list when going through the checkout. I click on the dropdown list to select a state, and it shows for a second then disappears before i can make a selection.

It was odd to start as i thought that i couldnt select a state at all as the dropdown list kept disappearing before i could select New South Wales. After playing around for a while I realised that I could type it in instead and then it came up.

I tried on an iphone, and the dropdown list worked fine. Here is our site screencast.com/t/NQ2Nhyba
