ssl problem. schema.org link is http

Hi . I bought and succesfully installed ssl ceritficate. i modified all my http links to https. but there are highend theme links that are in http . all these are related to schema.org . i downloaded locally my website and made search for text content.149 items containing schema.org found. i cant locate so many files in my server file manager one by one and rename http to https. what can i do?
