SSL issues (mixed content) aegaeus theme

I have installed an SSL certificate and I’m getting the alert from google chrome saying that there is insecure content (the lock with a yellow triangle).

I have tried installing some plugings that should help but I still getting some mixed content.

I have changed all URL from the Home page but still saying that there is mixed content… (I also tried to desactivate the revolution slider)

Here is the list of mixed content (I have solved some already by changing URLs to HTTPS// but still these (I do not know what I have to modify)

Please help me, I will have an online store and I need the green lock on the URL bar.
