Specify Image dimensions for Featured Images

Hi there. I’m trying to improve my page speed and testing with GTMetrix.com. It is showing me that the image dimensions of featured images are not specified. How do I fix this?

I read in a previous post that this was supposed to be being fixed in on of the updates. Can you advise either way as I’d like to get this fixed up if possible.
