Special Header Style – entire site?

Is it possible to apply the special header style (transparent) to the entire site, or is it only possible to do this on a per-page basis?

I like the look of the Home #11 demo, but looks like there is no preinstalled theme that colors the site like this. Any chance of adding a dark theme and global special header so we don’t have to edit every page individually?
