Special header overrides css general setting

Hi,

I’m trying to make the special header transparent , however when i scroll it’s getting overridden by the color set in the customizer. I’ve tried all of the recommendations in the forum for example:

#main-wrapper #header-inner.stuck #header-inner-bg {
background: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0) !important;
}

and several others..

Any ideas? Thank You
