Special Header Not working

While attempting to upload my newly built site from my local server to the live one, the exported database kept giving me syntax error codes, which upon inspection looked as though they were related to some of the plugins. I wasn’t using them, so I uninstalled them. Still got errors so I ended up using the pluging “Duplicator” to upload my site which worked (after 5 hours of dealing with errors)

I reinstalled the plugins after uploading the site, however the only thing that isn’t working is the featured image on my home page is not displaying when the special header style is enabled. A little broken image icon displays in its place. I feel like there used to be several custom meta fields at the bottom of the backend editor which are no longer there (I had installed demo files to build)
