some funky formatting going on with my tabs

I’ve got a row with Tabs on this page (near the bottom): http://bondcreate.com/about/
There are a few strange formatting issues that are appearing across multiple browsers:

1. When I select the option in the Tabs section that says, “Do not fill content area?” (meaning yes, I do not want the content area filled with colour) then suddenly all of my tabs are cutting off the left side of the content on the first two tabs. I currently do have that option selected so you can see the cut off content.

2. On the second tab called What We Believe the right hand side of the content is also getting chopped off.

3. On the two tabs called Our Team and Our Awards, when I first select the tab the grid/carousel is showing very tiny. If I refresh the page, then the grid/carousel shows the content in the correct size.

Any ideas how to fix these issues?
