Solution for Visual Composter Not Working!

I am posting this for anyone else that has an issue with Visual Composer. The previously posted set of directions by a HighEnd Support Admin is as follows:

1. Go to the Plugins page
2. Deactivate & Delete the current version of Visual composer
3. Go to Appearance > Install Plugins and install the VC once again.
4. Go to the Plugins page and check if you have the 4.11.2 version installed.

My problem was that I did not have Appearances > Install Plugins as a menu option. If you are having the same issue the solution is to make sure that the plugin recommender is on.

Highend Options > Highend Modules
Find option for “BUNDLED PLUGIN RECOMMENDER” and make sure it is turned on.
