Social Logo

I’m a HB Themes and WordPress newbie. My site has been up and active for a week and I’m having difficulty getting the right “logo” to post on social media sites. I wrote and published my first blog. When I include a link on Facebook for example, it pulls my main page logo, which does not look very good. I’d prefer to have my small logo to be published. Can you tell me where I make that distinction? My site is:

Facebook: Food Experienced (if you look @ my post on Saturday, 1/30, you can see what I mean. I would prefer my small logo to appear in the link that’s posted rather than the cut-off version.
