Slow to update pages

I’m using the Highend theme. It takes FOREVER to make changes. I’ve tried both Chrome and Internet explorer. I also have a website with an Aegaueus theme and it updates pages just fine.

I’m not using any caching plugins. I’ve deactivated all plugins and activated them again.

Can you please help me solve this issue? Thank you.
